Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the day you made your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange, but we will always try our best to support you.
To qualify for a return, your item should be unused, kept in the same condition as when you received it, and packed safely in its original packaging.
Some products cannot be returned for safety or hygiene reasons. These include perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines, as well as personal care or health-related products. Gift cards and downloadable software are also non-returnable.
Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase ready when requesting a return. Kindly do not send your product directly back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your returned item reaches kiddiesandtoys.com our team will carefully check its condition. After inspection, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your return and informing you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be sent to your original payment method within a few working days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a little time before your refund appears. You may also contact your bank since there can be a small delay before the refund is posted.

Exchanges
At kiddiesandtoys we replace items only if they are damaged or defective. To exchange your item for the same one, please email us at Kiddiesandtoys021@gmail.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please send it to Kiddiesandtoys021@gmail.com You’ll need to cover the shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and if a refund is approved, the return cost will be deducted. Delivery time may vary depending on your location. For valuable items, we suggest using a trackable courier or adding shipping insurance for safety. While we do our best to assist, we can’t guarantee receipt without tracking.
